I survived another dental appointment. Not as much drilling this time, and I don't feel so much like I got hit in the face. Maybe if I go to the dentist religiously any fillings I get will only be but so bad. And maybe I can keep all my teeth till I die. That would be nice. And maybe no root canals. I hear that's possible.

Bear with me, this is as close to optimism as I can get when it comes to dentists.
